Boxing/MMA Kit
- We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened boxing kit.
- To be eligible for a refund, your kit must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Please note that used or opened boxing kit cannot be returned for a refund.
- If damaged within 6 months, we will replace it for no extra charge.
MMA Sessions
- Due to the personalized nature of our MMA training sessions, we do not offer refunds on these services.
General Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) with your return.
- Pack your return securely in the original packaging.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any valuable items.
- Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Opened digital products (e.g., online training programs)
- Personal hygiene items
Gift Returns:
- If you received a boxing kit as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- The person who purchased the kit will be notified of your return.
