We at Knockout believe that Self-Defense is not just a skill, but your duty, responsibility and obligation to know how to protect yourself and your loved ones. We believe in making warriors. We teach savage self defense techniques that will help you in real world situations. You will learn a 4 step street fighting strategy that will permanently increase your confidence to defend yourself in up-close situations. We will make you physically capable of destroying your attacker and at the same time mentally aware to recognize when to walk away from such situations whenever possible.
We have a diverse team of trainers who specialize in their chosen disciplines. So when it comes to your health and safety, you are in safe hands with our professionally trained, top rated instructors.
Age or experience is not a barrier at Knockout. We are open to all age groups and whether or not you are an experienced fighter, our training modules can be curated accordingly. You will have access to beginner, intermediate
and advanced levels of sessions based on your level of fitness. Our 1 hour long group sessions are fun and include a lot of variations. We offer Calisthenics and a unique functional training system. You will be climbing ropes, flipping tyres on the road, pushing a car and many other crazy, fun yet powerful activities will be a part of your training program.
They are designed to develop you in both body and mind and put your strength, fitness and endurance to test.
