Knockout Fight Club’s Mixed Martial Arts Training is one of the most superior MMA trainings available in the country. This Mixed Martial Arts training has been designed keeping the truly hybrid fighter in mind. The combination of striking and grappling disciplines has been put together according to international curriculum standards. Add to that full throttle functional strength and conditioning done ancient India style! And what you get is an iron body, razor mind and the mastery of certain lethal skills.

Knockout Fight Club’s Kick Boxing & Muay Thai programs are designed for those that are interested in getting in shape and learning how to defend themselves. Muay Thai is known as the art of 8 weapons because you are taught how to use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to attack and defend. Get ready to experience a workout that strengthens you mentally and physically while teaching you the most effective way to attack any opponent.

STREET FIGHT SECRETS

Street Fight Secrets

Duration: 3 Months
Description: Street Fight Secrets (SFS) is regarded as the worlds most intelligent and dangerous self-defense solutions, it follows the training principles of Mr Richard Grannon, an authority in the International martial arts and self-defense scene. The training focuses on real world no nonsense tactics. You will be taught everything from using everyday objects as weapons to becoming a deadly weapon yourself. There is a lot of psychology involved and role-plays of various common street attack situations will be done to completely de-sensitize you to violence and equip you with a step by step sequence of moves you can use to be on top of the situation. By the end of Street Fight Secrets, you will know how to handle a self-defense situation, period.

9-WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION

This is Knockout Fight Club’s signature program that has been designed using all the scientific principles involved in a successful body transformation. Whether your goal is to cut fat or build lean muscle, 9 weeks is the right time line to see reasonable results. You will be doing work out routines that combine several types of disciplines like crossfit, weight lifting, MMA, aerobics, yoga etc. It’s a carefully crafted blend that speeds results and keeps you thrilled.

The Beast focuses on uplifting you as a man. Along with basics of street fighting, weight lifting and athleticism you also get acquainted with survival skills! How to pick up an unconscious person and carry them, how to dress a wound, how to survive an animal attack in the wild etc. In these 55 days you will develop capabilities similar to those of a warrior’s.
